The preparation of your order:

Your order is prepared upon receipt of payment (credit card, check, transfer).

As a rule, all our items are in stock and are delivered within 2 to 3 days. If exceptionally an item is out of stock, QUOSENTIS immediately informs the customer by email, and in case of order of several products in the same package, 1 first package is shipped immediately without the product out of stock, and a 2nd is Shipped as soon as the product is no longer broken, without invoicing shipping costs.

Packaging of your order

Your order is packaged with the utmost care. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

We offer different delivery methods

 The postal service in Colissimo (48 to 72h - delivery without signature).

The delivery times are those of the Post Office, Mondial Relay, and Relais Colis. They are given as a reference. Any delay in delivery will not result in cancellation of the order, nor compensation, nor penalty of delay.

We ship to Metropolitan France, DOM-TOM and all over the world
